Senior Trainer

Develor Azerbaijan is looking for a senior trainer, to fulfill its team. Potential candidates are requested to submit a cover letter with justification why they want to join our team and develop in this career path.

ROLE OF THE POSITION:

Business Trainer should implement company’s sales strategy by providing high quality business trainings and consulting. He/she must be highly organized, proficient in business management, and possess excellent public speaking skills. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences.

MAIN PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE CANDIDATE:

∙ BSc/BA in business, HR, psychology, finance or relevant field
∙ Proven experience as a business trainer or similar role (at least 3 years)
∙ Managerial experience of leading teams – at least 5 years
∙ Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools Certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
∙ Proficient in presentation tools (e.g. Powerpoint, etc.)
∙ Knowledge of languages (MUST): Azeri, English (fluent);
∙ Knowledge of Russian language is an asset
∙ Ability to travel

∙ strong teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely
∙ organisational and planning skills to manage time and to meet deadlines and objectives
∙ proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work
∙ personal commitment to improving own knowledge and skills and a passion for continuous learning and development.
