PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring delivery of the project in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Ensuring delivering projects on-time, within established scope and budget
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Leading the project execution, delivery and overall project vision with supporting project plans
• Defining project scope and deliverables with the relevant stakeholders
• Continuous assessing and recording projects KPIs and schedule progress
• Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies and critical path
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Preparation and communication of reports
• Maintaining the control system to ensure that projects goals are met
• Establishing an organizational structure properly integrating with all applicable demands and processes within the project
• Establishing management system in order to plan and control the organization, schedule, cost performance and progress reporting procedures.
• Developing required actions for effective and controlled project closure

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in the Project Management
• IT, Industrial experience is desirable
• Oil&Gas / Offshore experience is preferable
• Experience in managing large scale/complex projects
• Bachelor degree
• PMP/ PRINCE2/ IPMA certification
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in Azeri, English and Russian
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
• Ability to work in team and independently
• Multi-tasking ability
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Mentoring others

Terms and Conditions:

• Location close to the city center
• 5/7 working days
• 09.00-18.00 working hours (including 1 hour for lunch)
• Fixed salary
