ATL Tech is a local company specialized in Information and Communication Technologies with more than 10 years’ experience in software and mobile application development. Currently we are looking for a “Project Manager “ who specialized in selling financial tech products and services.
Duties:
• Lead a project team in delivering a solution to the customer;
• Overall Project planning and tracking in the full project life cycle;
• Develop project plans including but not limited to goals, identification of risks, budget, resource requirements. This includes the implementation of ITIL across the customer environment;
• Supervises project team and keeps the team morale up;
• Proven ability to work with team members on projects to achieve goals and meet deadline;
• Work experience of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization;
• Deliver weekly status meetings with product stakeholders and participating teams;
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Well organized with the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience 2+ years as a software project manager / IT project management;
• Project Management qualification or equivalent;
• ITIL Foundations qualification desirable;
• Manage schedule, costs, quality, issue & risk management, communications, and other PMI project management functions;
• Project Management skills are a must (Planning, executing, reporting) ;
• Proficient on Microsoft Project and Microsoft Outlook etc;
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence, negotiation, organization & communication skills and Critical thinking and problem solving;
• Ability to work in dynamic environment with flexible approach and open mind;
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm;
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile methodologies;
• Experience delivering consumer software products is desirable – either as a business analyst, software developer or project manager;
• Good communication skills in English both verbally and in writing.
