Company is currently looking for a candidate to fill Project Manager Position.
Role:
• Project management is an important part in the business development of the company. Project management is the final stage, in the span of duties of business development team. Compliance with the key performance indicators is an integral in achieving the goals by BD department in general.
Main Responsibilities:
• Initiate commencement of design works in a company facility
• Initiate construction works tender
• Based on design plan to determine procurement list of furniture, POS equipment, design elements, etc., duly procure it, and deliver
• Plan all works and supply schedule
• To monitor and control sub-phase accomplishment of construction works and supply though line managers
• Execute and close project meeting all deadlines and within budget
Personal Specification:
• Understanding the characteristics of construction works and materials, project management and procurement essentials.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
• English language in a proficiency level.
• Construction works and materials market knowledge as well as local furniture production market field. Basic logistic essentials and INCOTERMS. (desirable)
Experience:
• Experience in Projects management and works scheduling.
• Experience in Procurement.
• Experience in Logistic supervision preferable.
Work Skills:
• Organization, Negotiation, Planning/Scheduling, Supervision of the projects
• Risk Management of the projects
Qualifications / Education:
• Higher degree
• Educational background in Architecture is more preferable
• Professional qualification in Project Management preferable
