We are currently looking for a Visual Merchandiser (Home Department) to join Sinteks Group of Companies.
Purpose of the Job:
• Establish VM and VM guides for matching brand sales strategy.
• Establishing, implementing and maintaining VM guidelines book, increasing Sales within the stores, to make sure that established VM guideline book are followed up of by the relevant personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of general and seasonal VM guides for the brand
• Realization of VM corresponding to guidelines
• Organization of VM basis on latest trends according brand specification
• Participation at photo shooting for advertisement and e-publications
• Controlling VM in stores
• Close collaborating with marketing and sales team for sales incrimination
Person Specification:
Experience:
Essential:
• Experience in Visual Merchandising
Desirable:
• Experience in Home Department as a VM
Qualifications / Education:
Essential: Educational background in Design or Art
Work Skills:
• Fluency in Azeri, Russian, English is desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of Photoshop
• Knowledge of home specification
• Ability to create compositions
• Color matching knowledge
