We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join Sinteks Group of Companies.
Purpose of the Job:
• Sales personnel is the front office of the Company therefore, closing vacant position based on work and store requirements and within the set deadlines impacts on total sales of the Company. Retail recruiter brings his/her contribution by understanding labor market and where to find right and professional sales personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review vacant sales position within the store and ERP system
• Check if the vacant position has been opened as per staff list
• Check all requirements and criteria of position, as well as requirements of the Store
• Advertise the position in all possible resources
• Review CVs and conduct interviews
• Fill in all necessary information and data into ERP
Person Specification:
Experience:
Essential:
• Minimum one year of experience in recruitment
Desirable:
• Working in Retail
• Working with the large number of opened vacancies
Qualifications / Education:
Essential:
• Higher Education
Desirable:
• Education in HR or Business Administration
• Relevant trainings in recruitment
Knowledge:
• Understanding of recruitment process
• Knowledge of using all possible resources to search for a candidate
Work Skills:
• Fluency in Azeri and Russian, with intermediate level of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Understanding of different type of search engines and resources
• Good communication skills
• Planning skills
• Analytical skills
