Project Manager

Main responsibilities:

Promotion of business of Company’s in-house laboratory, establish and promote Company’s crop protection chemicals business.

Person to report: CEO of the Company;

• Promote existing laboratory service as well as crop protection chemicals and generate customers’ database.
• Work closely with in-house farms and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailor-made solution based on laboratory results to protect their fields
• Proceed full cycle lab. analyses (pre-season, season and post-season)
• Demonstrate any new crop protection products in the industry.
• Develop relationships with potential partners in agriculture industry (manufacturer, farmers, agronomic advisors, distributors etc)
• Define sales opportunities (companies, farmers etc.)
• Collaborate with divisions on sales price for each product
• Work daily with crop protection products leads on purchasing decisions for all products
• Design and execute agrochemicals supply strategy for each region

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• degree in Agricultural/Chemical engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of management experience
• 5-8 years’ experience in agronomy (or pharmaceutical sphere) focusing on sales and management of products.
• Knowledge and understanding of key economic drivers of a successful agronomy business
• Ability to collect, analyze, compile, interpret and distribute various reports
• Excellent public relation skills and phone etiquette
• Leadership Skills
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Independent Self-Starter/Team Player
• Mathematical Skills: Logical/Analytical, Percentages, Fractions
• Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet
• Advanced English: fluent in: speaking, reading and writing
• Essential function of the job: requires teamwork and developing strong relationships with co-workers
