Position: Human Resources specialist
Job description:
- Prepare internal paperwork related to hiring/promoting/terminating, administering labour books
- Coordinating the on-boarding process of new employees, conducting orientations and briefings;
- Administering personal files including labor books, contracts and other required documents
- Tracking employee’s working hours and updating tables accordingly
- Applications for pay date cards and ensuring delivery to employees
- Administering vacation planning and documentation
- Updating employee information within 1C ERP program
- Providing different kinds of certificates for employees on demand
- Assisting recruitment process and improving CV database
- Solving employee conflicts regarding supervision and organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree required
- Advanced English and Azerbaijan languages
- 1-3 years of relative work experience is required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of 1C is an advantage
- Result oriented, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines
- Concrete, punctual, executive
Salary: 1000 AZN
Working schedule:
- Monday: Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 10.00 a.m. – 16.00 p.m.
