HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
To control the writing, making labour books, signing labour contract;
To get insurance policies from SSPF for employees;
To conduct and form employees s personal works;
To participate preparation of recruitment, dismissal, vacation, business trip, promotion and other orders related to HR;
To add employee data to the Electronic Employee Database and regularly update the databases;
To participate in the organization of events and meetings related to HR;
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system;
Requirement:
- Proven experience above 3 years is required
- Having experience with HR related Programs;
- Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
- Having experience with 1C Program
