Job Title: Receptionist
Main responsibilities:
- To receive and accordingly transfer telephone calls;
- To arrange and record meetings for callers and employees;
- To manage administrative tasks, i.e. printing, filing, copy making, binding and lamination.
- To record and appropriately file incoming mail;
- To open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail.
- To receive and register visitors, and inform relevant employees about these visitors;
Essential requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with good level of communication skills
- Experience in effective management of multiple tasks and working with multi-discipline teams
- Must be proactive, innovative and show “Can do” attitude
- University Degree or equivalent qualification
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good command in English and Azerbaijan
