1. Accounts Administrator

2. Receptionist
- Answering of telephone calls and connect with requested person;
- Sending/Receiving faxes, filing incoming/outgoing faxes;
- Assisting with management phone calls, when management is out of the office taking message for them;
- Photocopying and filing completed works orders;
- Organizing delivery of certificates/invoices, register of all incoming documents, keeping and updating registers on regular basis;
- Liaising with courier companies;
- Assistance to the office personnel in creating documents/spreadsheets, scanning and typing of office documents;
3. Store man
- To assist management with all stores related issues on daily basis as and when requested;
- Responsible of all Goods In/ Goods Out procedures ensuring the correct equipment has arrived from the client/supplier and also dispatched to the client;
- Management of stores ensuring all stock is stored in a safe and respectable manner
