Position: Construction manager

Job Location: Azerbaijan/Sumqayit
Job Type Full-time
Reports to: Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Projects are delivered to company quality expectations, program and budget
• Coordinate and review drawings with Design team to ensure all information is available for delivery in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Planning team to develop construction program to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials, and within budget
• Monitor Progress against Program
• Chair Progress meetings and distribute minutes
• Assess labor/supervision requirements to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Brief Site Managers/Supervision on contract works to ensure projects are delivered to company expectations.
• Conduct Site Inspections and ensure inspections are documented
• Ensure all permits for works are in place
• Review Method Statements and ensure works are applied as per the statement
• Ensure Quality control is upheld and documented
• Ensure company policies procedures are applied
• Produce reports as and when required
• Report Progress to Project Manager on a weekly basis
Ensure a High level of H&S is maintained

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or Equivalent
• English Spoken and Written - Fluent
• Minimum 3 Years in similar role and minimum 6 years in Construction
• CAD
• Excel
• Word
• TBC certificate
