Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Supporting to office staff in printer, copying and scan operations.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment ( printers etc)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• High school degree; additional certification is a plus
• Good communication in Azeri, English and Russian languages
• Intermediate level of MS Office, Outlook.

Timely implementation of the management's tasks.

- Work schedule: Mon-Fri  from 09:00 to 17:30, Sat from 09:00 to 15:00
