Job Title: Training  Coordinator

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Receive day to day training enquiries
• Arrange and Book trainings as per customer request
• Control the customer communication including responding to emails
• Follow up existing enquiries with customers and develop new customer base
• Follow up current customer base and analyze overall enquiry process and customer performance

Required Knowledge & Experience:

• Good command of Microsoft Office Programs - Excel, Word, Power Point
• University diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Good command of  English are required (Russian is preferred).
• Familiar with training requirements/best practices
• Technical knowledge is preferred.
