Position: Facade Project Officer

Job Type : Full-time
Job Location: Azerbaijan/Baku
Education: Bachelor (preferably and/or min 5-10 years on site and office experience)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with relevant subcontractors including secondary steel packages, façade lighting, fireproofing, BMU and drainage.
• Monitoring subcontractor’ s manpower.
• Control on-site activities according to project’s plan while ensuring compliance with safety regulations /laws, environmental standards.
• Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of contractors
• Preparation of technical submissions, proposals, and documentation
• Preparation of quotations and other sales terms & conditions
• Preparation of periodic reports
• Supervise QA and QC on the project
• Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare façade engineering design documents

Requirements

• Good knowledge at preparation of Façade System Drawings on CAD Programs
• Proved experience in working with a project team
• Deep knowledge of façade systems, stick systems, unitized curtain walls, cladding, glazing etc.
• Min 2 year University Diploma and/or strong knowledge on practical experience on preparing façade shop drawings about 5 to 10 years
• 5 to 10 years of site and office experience on Curtain Wall Façade Works
