A Leading Engineering company in Baku invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Administration Assistant.
 
Administration Assistant   
 
Competency Requirements:
 
• Bachelor degree / High School or Equivalent
• Min 5 Years of Oil & Gas Industry Machine Shop Administrative experience
• Computer literature in MS Office, SAGE300 (Service Manager module), TRACS, SAP R/3.
• Knowledge of API and Premium License connections to VAM, TSH and GP 
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs.
• English Language skills in both written and verbal
• Knowledge in Contract Review process 
• Knowledge in invoicing
