Multinational Freight Forwarding company’s registered office in Azerbaijan is  looking for experienced candidates for below position:

Office Manager/ Receptionist 

With below requirements :

• Experience in Working with incoming/outgoing  documents , receiving of incoming outgoing Phone Calls , Experience in office management , documentation , basics of HR /CRM (preferable )
• Excellent Language Skills :   (English /Azeri /Russian ) written spoken 
• Experience as office Manager  Minimum 1-2 years  (highly preferable )
• Education : Finished Higher Education .
• Timings : Mon-FRO 9:00 -18:00
• Salary 500-600 AZN depending on the interview results .
