“Azərşəkər” LLC is looking for Leading Procurement Specialist

Procurement specialist is responsible for evaluating suppliers in order to find the best deals possible on goods and services that are needed for business operations.

• Analyses market and find new potential suppliers
• Works within a given budget to purchase goods and services for an organization
• Negotiates with contractors on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time
• Enters data concerning inventory and order amounts into a computer database
• Timely and cost effective purchasing of logistic services, searching the optimal decision for delivery of goods according to Incoterm terms
• Preparation the tender documents, conducting the tender procedures, compilation of comparison tables and further negotiation with shortlisted companies, preparation of award and regret letters for tender participants

Qualifications

• Degree in fields of supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing is an advantage
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
