KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Typing documentation;
 Provide support to Line Manager / Operations Team;
 Provide support to QC Department;
 Type and correct all reports received in handwriting form from Inspectors and Workshop Engineers;
 Make translation and correction in reports where necessary;
 Provide support to customers concerning certificate issue;
 The Employee shall comply with Company Procedures and Health, Safety & Environmental Rules and shall report to the Employer any circumstance that affects or may affect the Health, Safety, Environment or the Employee’ performance, which may as well include working conditions.

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

 Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information with certification;
 Knowledge off MS Office programs and e-mail at highly proficient level;
 High school diploma or University Degree;
 Good in English, Azerbaijani & Russian languages.
