We are new company in Paint Industy of Azerbaijan. We are looking for the following position:
POSITION: Chief Accountant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Calculate all the costs for the manufactured product from Raw materials to ending product.
- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
- Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from Business Studies Universities
- Master degree from Business Studies Universities (Foreign Universities Favored)
- Having experience in manufacturing industry/chemical industry
- Medium degree in English, fluency in Azerbaijani
- Able to interact with internal stakeholders with professionalism and integrity
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office, 1C programs skills
- Good oral and written communication skill
- Team player with good communication skills
- Person of high integrity and with self-discipline;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines for month-end close;
- Ability to staying late at the office during month end closing;
- AGE – 22- 50
- Having Driving license appreciated
