Cash Operations Team Lead

Summary/Objective

As our Cash Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of the cash management function, including the development and management of systems for the effective collection of revenues and payment of obligations. Responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure designated cash processing, reconciliation, and reporting functions are completed in a timely manner while in compliance with policy and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Daily control of cash operations and account balances of all Group Companies
- Ensure on time and accurate reflection of cash and cash equivalent operations in accounting books
- Ensure on-time collection of receivables and proper escalation if deviations
- Ensure effective exchange of bitcoins and foreign currency based on Company needs
- Establishment/optimization of process flows and control points
- Timely preparation of cash related reports
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field (at least)
- Experience in cash operations and treasury departments, 3 years minimum
- Experience with payment systems and internet banking [foreign system usages preferred]
- Strong detail orientation
- Proven ability to efficiently multitask
- Strong critical thinking skills
