Position: Mechanical and Electrical site inspector

Job Type Full-time
Job Location: Azerbaijan/Baku
Education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

- Review the MEP design systems, method statement and other project document
- Coordinate the MEP installations on site with various design disciplines
- Supervise, examine and inspect the MEP work installations in accordance to project documentation
- Assist the QS & QA/QC as required
- Checking, recording and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor
- Monitoring site construction progress
- Prepare and issue NCRs, snag list, violation notices and other correspondence
- Assist with supervision of the MEP testing and commissioning
- Knowledge of applicable regulations, local standards
- Ensure HSE rules are adhered on site
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Motivating the workforce
- Problem solving

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as site engineer/inspector
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, local and international standards
• Good knowledge with AutoCAD
• Good English skills
• Should have a good command of English, written and oral
