Position: Business Development Manager

Job Type Full-time

Responsibilities

1. Conduct technical evaluation on cases of paint failures and recommend preventive and corrective
2. Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
3. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
5. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
6. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
7. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
8. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
9. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
10. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
11. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
12. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
13. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
14. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.

Requirements

1. BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
2. Business Development experience (prefer 10-15 years) in the construction and design  industry a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role with a successful track record of building relationships.
3. Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations.
4. Market knowledge.
5. Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills.
6. Proven sales track record.
7. Proficiency in English.
8. Time management and planning skills.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
10. Proficiency in MS  Office  and industry-specific analysis software.
11. Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
