We are currently looking for a Travel Coordinator.
The duties will include:
• Organize seasonal and other business trips of the Company's employees in a timely, effective and planned manner in accordance with accepted standards (booking airline tickets and hotels, arranging meeting time with partners, getting tickets for intercity transportation, exhibition tickets reservation, etc.).
• Preparation of employees' visas and Letter of Invitations
• Ensure the cancellation or replacement of booked hotel and air tickets in case of necessity
• Ensure that the documents of the invited partners meet the requirements of the local legislation as well as provision of temporary registration upon their arrival
• Ensure gathering information about the employees` business trips and providing necessary reports to relevant departments
• Filing all trips and visa data into Database
• Archiving all correspondence and documents related to the work
Requirements:
• University degree (Degree in Tourism and Management field is an advantage)
• Certificates on ticket selling programs such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Gabriel
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Travel
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Fluent in Azerbaijan, English and Russian languages
• Good business communication and negotiation skills
• Good time management and problem solving skills
