SINTEKS MMC is currently looking for experienced RECRUITER to join our Team.
Essential responsibilities are to be:
- Preparing and advertising available vacancies
- Prescreening CVs and setting interviews with the potential candidates
- Interviewing candidates - phone interviews and face-to face interviews
- Preparing and introducing Job offers
- Assures that all relevant documents are prepared and submitted by candidates
- Developing a pool of candidates through the corporate social networks
- Managing and updating Company’s Career profiles in Social Media accounts and advertising vacancies accordingly
- Collecting and analyzing data about terms and condition offered by competitors and prepare labor market research on monthly basis
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and English
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in Recruitment
- University degree in Business Administration with major in HR - desirable
- Relevant certificates in HR Management
