Position: Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• To supervise and coordinate construction activity with Company own forces work and sub trades
• To work with engineers, designers and inspectors to meet the project requirements
• To be able to incorporate work with the project manager in order to create, maintain and execute project plan, schedule and ensure compliance with budget
• To review research for product and construction methods related to projects
• To review and understand the project specifications and contract drawings
• To maintain the daily performance goals of the site team
• To be responsible for the discipline, evaluation and development of personnel
• To submit daily reports on inventory and project progress
• To coordinate deliveries

Requirements

• At least 5 years` experience in supervisory of related areas and positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel is required. Good knowledge of CAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Knowledge in supervising of project business: scope, fee, schedule, work plans and budgets
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of work quality and assurance control process is preferable
