Position: Fit Out Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform other assigned duties related with documentation
• Supervise the site regularly; attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner thereby achieving client requirements and quality standards. 
• Doing quantity surveying and preparing purchase request
• Following site works by controlling man-hour, planning and budget information
• Supervise interior fit-out projects from beginning to completion by meeting deadlines and standard qualities, costing and monitoring budget, quotation, tender process and Site supervision
• Managing, scheduling, budgeting with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
• Following design drawings by coordinating with design department
• Doing quantity surveying and preparing purchase request
• Following site works by controlling man-hour, planning and budget information
• Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all client specifications.
• Coordinate with the municipality agencies during spot checks on the site and ensure adherence to Quality, Health and Safety regulations on all assigned sites
• Liaising with contractors and landlords

Requirements

• Solid experience in Retail, Office, Hotel or Residential site supervision or interior design and construction project supervision is required
• Experience in managing between design, drawings, materials and fitting out works processing
• Diploma  in interior design, architecture or civil engineering is must
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Fluent in English
• AutoCAD, Microsoft office ,CAD Shop drawing
