The company now has more than 80 stores operating in fashion, jewelry and food & beverage spheres.
We are currently looking for a candidate to fill Facility Manager position.
The duties will include:
• Supervising maintenance team
• Ensuring that all basic facilities and Company`s premises are well-maintained and repaired
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Overseeing HVAC and Fire prevention issues
• Overseeing required cleanliness and refurbishment of premises
• Establishing necessary facility management procedures
• Timely provision of necessary reports and recommendations on increasing the efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
• Technical educational background
• Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
• Relevant professional qualification (will be an advantage)
• Good understanding of technical/engineering operations and facilities management
• Excellent knowledge of MEP systems
• Excellent knowledge of local legislation concerning construction/maintenance, Safety and Fire preventions` procedures
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Organizational and leadership skills
