Job Description

Participating in successful negotiation to source commodities and ingredients as part of a diverse, sustainable, ethical and low-cost sourcing strategy
Leading category strategy including market intelligence, source selection, contracts, negotiations, supplier relationship, global markets, diversity, sustainability, and delivering results
Building relationships with key suppliers
Assessing supplier performance and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
Leveraging multiple procurement tools & processes to deliver results
Maintaining accurate risk and position reporting to ensure compliance with policy
Heightened focus on Food Safety & Compliance

Job Qualifications

5 years of related experience
Minimum BA/BS in related field
Experience with agricultural and energy financial derivatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Formal presentation skills
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to present and defend your findings
