Job Title: Training/QHSE Coordinator

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Receive day to day training enquiries
• Arrange and Book trainings as per customer request
• Control the customer communication including responding to emails
• Follow up existing enquiries with customers and develop new customer base
• Follow up current customer base and analyze overall enquiry process and customer performance
• Ability to complete vendor questioners and tenders
• Particiapte in reqular customer audits plan and provide internal audits

Required Knowledge & Experience:
 
• Good command of Microsoft Office Programs - Excel, Word, Power Point
• Good command of English
• University diploma
• Previous experience in Training field
• Familiar with training requirements/best practices
• Knowledge in HSE
• Internal Auditor Skills and familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
