Senior Digital Communications Specialist

Job description:

- Develop strategic and tactical communications planning for promotion and dissemination of marketing content through digital channels
- Manage the creation and maintenance of the company’s website
- Optimize web communication through SEO, organic and keyword search
- Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn
- Enhance inbound marketing by creating interesting content for leads generation
- Analyze the results and prepare the analytics report for digital campaigns
- Come up with innovative ideas on promoting property  via digital communications
- Work closely with sales team to align digital marketing with sales targets
- Partner with team members to obtain their inputs into content generation
- Build strategic relationships and liaise with key digital industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare digital marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely

Requirements:

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- 3 years of proven experience in the field of digital marketing
- Demonstrate successful experience cases in digital marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
