REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Education (preference will be given to candidates with university entrance score over 600)
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English
• Mathematical knowledge, research skills
• Must have good MS Office skills ; Excel and Word
• Ability to learn and quickly understand new solutions and develop yourself
