Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer                                               

Job Type Full-time

Required work experience At least 10 + Years

Job Location: Azerbaijan/Baku

Education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

• Review verify and check the design of mechanical  systems
• Coordinate the mechanical with various design disciplines
• Prepare mechanical tender packages to assist MEP manager
• Assist the QS as required
• Manage mechanical projects including organisation of junior staff
• Alter and modify the design to meet project requirements and eliminate malfunctions.
• Prepare or review all mechanical submittals (shop drawings, specifications, material, method statements, etc...)
• Attend design, coordination and site meetings
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, local and international standards
• Supervise site mechanical works including inspection and T&C procedures
• Motivated, dynamic and can work independently

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering
• Eight or more years of experience specific to Mechanical HVAC design for new building construction
• Experience in designing HVAC systems, including piping, ductwork, and equipment selection and sizing
• Ability to work in and lead a fast-paced, collaborative team
• Ability to manage multiple projects, including tasks and deadlines through to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
