The company now has more than 80 stores operating in fashion, jewellery and food & beverage.

We are currently looking for a Promo/Events Manager.

The duties will include:

• Preparing of promo/events plan according to marketing strategy and objectives
• Plan the whole Event/Promo process according to requirements, target audience and objectives, as well as hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.) in frame of approved budget within the media plan.
• Prepare event/promo expenditure  and scenario
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Cooperation with franchisee partners – get necessary confirmations, materials, and contributions
• Lead promotional activities for the event
• Supervise all staff during the Promo and Events (store staff behavior during event, suppliers and others)
• Analyze the event’s/promo success and prepare necessary reports

Requirements:

• Marketing-related  bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualifications
• Proven 3-4 years of experience as Promo/Event Manager (preferably in Retail sector)
• Good knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English languages
• Excellent Organisational Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good planning and time management skills
• Excellent presentation skills
