Position title:  Supply Chain Analyst 

Location: Garadagh district, Salyan highway 17

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs supply chain and logistics functions, such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
• Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers.
• Responsibilities are within the Supply Chain and Logistics Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
• Direct or coordinate production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, financial forecasting services or activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs.
• Direct the movement, storage and processing of inventory.
• Analyze inventory movements, allocations, assignments for accuracy and schedule impacts.
• Communicate with facility managers on project lead times and delays.
• Ensure work areas are kept safe and clean following the internal procedures.    
• Working within a Workshop environment.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Bachelor Degree - Technical
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with technical background (Mechanical, Engineering)
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani Language
• Strong communication skills
• Available to work to tight deadlines and 24/7 hour call
• Pro-active, “can do” attitude and able to work both independently and as part of a team
