Local Procurement Specialist

Work experience requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience
• Knowledge of industrial goods;
• Knowledge of bazaar, shop, markets location in Baku and in Batumi.
• University Degree or Secondary education;
• Able to drive a car (driving license)
• Fluent in Russian and English languages
• Work place- Baku/ Batumi
• Salary 800-1000 azn

Responsibilities:

• To receive and process all orders and requests;
• Updating the Register of Orders;
• Looking for the ordered products in shops, bazars, markets and deliver them to the customers in time;
• Is looking for suppliers, exploring new proposals from vendors, prepares to guide the reasonable proposals for attracting new suppliers;
• Negotiates with suppliers and negotiates the terms of delivery to the immediate supervisor;
• Process orders to suppliers;
• Monitors the implementation of the order;
• Provides documentation of transactions.
