Technical Services Manager (Shopping Malls)
Key accountabilities:
• Coordinate and manage retail design, material approval and fit out activities,
• Coordinate and manage landlord revision works,
• Coordinate and manage handover process of new upcoming projects,
• Technical support to each mall`s maintenance team,
• Auditing of maintenance activities of the malls which are under operation,
• Review maintenance budgets of each malls which are under operation,
• Design review of new upcoming projects,
• Control and monitor the technical part of preopening budgets for new upcoming projects,
• Issue change instructions to construction team for new upcoming projects,
• Help leasing department to create brand mix;
• Create “Tenant Manuals”` for new upcoming projects,
• Witnessing of testing & commissioning works of new upcoming projects,
• Doing inspections and preparing snag lists of new upcoming projects,
• Final handover of new upcoming projects and manage practical completion process.
Required skills/experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience at residential, hotels, shopping malls or similar properties.
• Good knowledge of English Language,
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings,
• Good technical knowledge of Mechanical Systems to approve tenant drawings and review of new projects,
• Good technical knowledge of Electrical Systems to approve tenant drawings and review of new projects,
• Good technical knowledge of construction works to approve tenant drawings and review of new projects,
• Good knowledge of international standards such as NFPA, BS, etc. to approve tenant drawings and review of new projects,
• Managing budgeting and cost control activities,
• Able to do audit,
• Able to create design, spec and BOQ,
• Able to do witness of testing & commissioning works of upcoming new mall projects,
• Able to do handover process and create handover snagging list;
• Able to create specification and tenant manual.
