Contracts Specialist
Contracts Specialist is responsible for:
Execution of the orders related to the drafting of all types of the contracts which protect company’s legal interests and rights.
Location: Onshore
Employment Type: 8 hour day – office based
Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:
- Higher education in law and legal fields;.
- Experience:
• A minimum 3-5 years as a legal counsel in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer.
- Professional/Personal skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work under pressure and in flexible working hours;
• Adaptation to change;
- Language skills
o Azeri (fluent);
o English (fluent);
o Russian (fluent);
- Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook), SAP
