Required specialty:
• BSc/BA in production,engineering,business administration or relevant field;
Responsibilities:
• Developing an integrated communications strategy for the company;
• Implementing communication plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization;
• Developing and leading the company’s communication strategy to increase market share;
• Communicating brand to internal customers and stakeholders;
• Overseeing the annual communications budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized;
• Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce effective communications strategy;
• Coordinating with and managing agency partners;
• Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines;
• Collaborating with design and writing teams to produce high quality content;
• Developing editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met;
• Delivering engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members;
• Delivering all marketing activity within the agreed budget;
• Working with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as budgets and contracts, marketing plans, and the selection of advertising media
• Receiving customer feedback and generating ideas to increase customer engagement;
• Managing Design / Production Group to aid in development of marketing concepts and translating them into easy-to-understand, powerful visual presentations for all distribution channels.
