Required specialty:

• BSc/BA in production,engineering,business administration or relevant field;

Responsibilities:

•         Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of core business functions (e.g. production, maintenance, quality control, process control), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions;
•         Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met in Production Units;
•         Directs manufacturing operations in Production Units;
•         Provides guidance for production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered;
•         Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals;
•         Monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress;
•         Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements;
•         Manage Supply Chain and coordinate material and resources allocation;
•         Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability;
•         Evaluate overall performance of Business Units by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;

Requirements:

•        Proven experience as Factory Director, Production or Operations Manager or equivalent position in FMCG, food and beverage field;
•         Excellent organizational and leadership abilities;
•         Outstanding communication and people skills;
•         Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines;
•         In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. production, maintenance, quality control, process control, production planning and supply chain)
•         Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
•         Adaptable to Change; Driven to Achieve Results;
•         Exceptional Coaching Skills; Strong Decision Making;
•         Ability to Demonstrate Exceptional Organisation and Planning Skills;
