Brand Manager (Heineken)
Main Responsibilities:
• Together with Heineken and Avrora marketing manager Plan and execute Marketing activities;
• Plan, monitor, report Marketing Budget;
• Together with Heineken team and marketing manager define targets to sales team (including sales targets, visibility targets for both Off and Ontrade) ;
• Monitor Heineken POSM distribution, make sure that guidelines and KPIs are met on monthly basis;
• Define a list of Strategic outlets and make sure Heineken visibility is consistently meeting guidelines;
• Fully responsible for F1 event in Azerbaijan (communicating with Baku City Circuit, Avroa, Heineken, other agencies and third parties for ensure excellent execution) ;
• Fully responsible for UEFA Champions League support (Heineken supply, visibility, Accreditation, peration);
• Plan and execute consumer activations thought the year;
• Train personel for consumer activations, beer poring, etc.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Management;
• Experience in working with International Brands (preferable Beer, Wine, Spirits)
• Experience in Project management;
• Strong ability in using MS Office;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Azerbaijani and English;
