Sales Manager
Roles and responsibilites:
Retailer network establishment and continuous improvement of sales process
Remain knowledgeable on products/services offered and discuss available options
Categorization of retailers
Optimization of daily routes based on sales KPIs and targets
Ensure high levels of retailer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess retailers needs and provide assistance and information on products/services features/benefits
Provide information regarding each product/services and any discount offers associated with it
Respond to retailers’ requests and concerns in a resourceful manner
Negotiation of terms and conditions with retailers
Providing signing contracts by retailers based on negotiated terms, according to internal contract management procedure
Controlling timely payments
Distribution of information to retailers, paper or electronically (if required)
Monitoring compliance of retailers network (advertisement materials usage etc.)
Conducting retailers appraisal
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with retailers
Minimum knowledge and skill requirements:
Proven working experience as sales associate
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Working knowledge of retailer and market dynamics and requirements
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
Negotiations skills
Design and preparation of sales reports in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
MS Office programs knowledge and skills
Azerbaijani, English, Russian
Candidates with car are preferred
