We are currently looking for a candidate to fill Product Training Administrator position.

The duties will include:

• Prepare and control product trainings schedule provided by Partners and stores` Senior personnel
• Participate in training sessions organized by Brand’s training department representatives
• Control quality and effectiveness of product trainings
• Arrange evaluation of knowledge after conducted product trainings
• Analyze and monitor various training programs and their impact on performance as well as suggesting possible improvements within the training materials
• Work closely with Store senior personnel, Category Managers and Marketing department representatives  in order to identify and increase knowledge of product within the stores
• Control product training penalty procedure

Requirements:

• Working experience in areas such as Product Development, Brand Management, and Marketing, within the Retail or FMCG sectors (preferably fashion industry)
• Good knowledge of the relevant market and trends within the competitors, and luxury business
• Strong business communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
