Requirements:

Minimum Qualification
•       University Degree in Economics or Engineering
•       Holding degree in procurement (CIPS, CIPP or CCMA/CCMP)

Experience
•       Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior procurement role

Knowledge / Skills
•       Knowing construction and real estate market key players
•       Ability to manage multiple tasks within challenging period
•       Proficiency in pre and post award contract management
•       Managing daily procurement activity within corporate office
•       Knowledge in logistics operations (transport, custom clearance etc.)
•       Well negotiater and able to convince counterparts
•       Fluency in the  Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages (oral and written)
•       Computer literate (Data base experience)
