Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
- Determine and examine the procurement strategy
- Based on operational strategy and engineering service procurement demands plan, responsible person determine the procurement annual strategy and blue print of corresponding regional office.
- Organize and evaluate of subcontracting cooperation strategy and blue print in regional office.
- Organize to evaluate Key Project of subcontracting cooperation strategy and blue print.
- Suppliers sourcing and qualification management, Engineering service procurement, price-book generation and maintenance:
- construct service procurement and corresponding database maintenance;
- Analysis and output of engineering service cost for corresponding regional office;
- Sourcing the price of engineering service and other information;
Requirements:
- At least 7+ years purchasing experience, preferred experience in facility industry, engineering construction management, engineering quality control.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, strong learning ability and adaptability;
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijan, English and Russian
