Title: Deputy General Manager
Location: Russia
JOB DUTIES
Examines company rules to make sure they stay relevant and makes recommendations for necessary changes
Looks for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities
Analyses various project controls (cost and schedule) and financial reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance
Leads Proposal Preparation Efforts
In charge of commercial negotiations and first point of contact with clients
Leads preparation of Subcontracting strategies and plans
Managing selection of and evaluation (Commercial) of Subcontractors
Establish and Manage internal budgets
In charge of Change Management Process and Claims review and resolution with both Clients and Contractors
Resolves various commercial and contracting issues
In charge of schedule control
Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation
In charge of post award contracts administration
Validates payments to subcontractors and other 3rd parties
In charge of Accounts receivable
Ensures that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Functional
Detailed knowledge of design, procurement, and construction / field service processes and their inherent cost
Knowledgeable, experienced and proficient with:
o Primavera P6 or MS Project;
o Spreadsheets;
o Preferable scheduling, risk analysis software.
Proficiency in estimating, planning / scheduling, and cost management principles and methods including:
o Estimating;
o Benchmarking;
o Budgeting;
o Forecasting;
o Change management systems and procedures;
o Work Breakdown Structures;
o Earned value system and performance measurement.
Education and experience
BSc Degree and MBA;
Excellent Leadership and communication skills;
Flexibility, creative, team focus;
Adaptable to changing project demands;
Experienced in expediting coordination discipline information;
Motivated and committed;
Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills in English and Russian;
Ability to travel and stay for long durations abroad;
Ability to Prioritize;
Negotiating Talent;
Adherence to Deadlines and working under stress;
20+ years of managing Commercial, Contracts and Project Controls issues;
15+ years supervisory / management experience;
10+ years in executing large projects.
