Position: Mechanical Completion Coordinator and Pre-commissioning Engineer

Work Location: Base Office

Education: Higher Education, Degree in Mechanical/ Naval/Civil/ Structural Engineering;

Years of Working Experience:

- More than 5 years of overall experience in Precommissioning Engineering within oil and gas industry;
- Previous experience in compiling Mechanical Completion dossiers 

Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent)

Other Skills/Certificates Required:

• Knowledge of the main equipment and instrumentation utilized for the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning activities (i.e. pigging, pumps, compressors, instrumentation, etc.);
• Capability to organise and participate to risk assessment. Capability to interface for all the related subjects with the construction management personnel. Capability of monitoring construction operation safety assessment activities during the design and operational stages;
• Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase. Capability to define the technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work. Capability to perform and coordinate Project engineering documents production activities and to check and review design documents, prepared either internally or by Vendors.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Commissioning Engineer

• Ensure that the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering activities are correctly performed;
• Be responsible to follow-up, plan, supervise and co-ordinate the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning operation on site;
• Organize and coordinate the activities of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning team assigned, providing technical and administrative guidance to ensure that aims and objectives are effectively and economically achieved;
• Provide the discipline check and review of documents, calculations, drawings and schedule issued by the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering team assigned;
• Perform the technical evaluation of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning Subcontractors activity;
• Responsible for the planning, mobilization and operation on site of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning equipment and personnel assigned to the project;
• Lead the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering and construction activities on site;
• Administer and coordinate the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning Subcontractor and its activity on site;
• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.

Mechanical Completion Coordinator

• Manage workload based on installation / fabrication schedules and skyline reports in order to deliver Mechanical Completion Dossiers on time to the Client
• Interface with several departments to ensure paperwork as per Project Specification is filled and signed as per Client procedure.
• Provide technical background for production of Mechanical Completion Dossiers.
• Interface with Client and CONSORTIUM to ensure STQ/ DVRs/ CCRs are closed and relevant to each of the sub-systems.
• Provide Progress Report and Status Tracker to Client and all relevant personnel.
• Ensure technical coordination with all other phases of work, including leading the status meeting with the Client.
