We are currently looking for a Performance Review Administrator (HR Department).
The duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Performance Review Administrator would be responsible for the administration and organization of Performance Management programmes to ensure Sales and Administrative staff understanding of performance measures, job expectations, understanding of goals, business and departmental objectives, KPIs and performance results;
• Performance Review Administrator supports and assists in meeting the professional development needs of Company`s employees (Personal Development Plan);
• Assisting managers in collecting and modifying data from Training database, Performance appraisals, sales plans and KPI;
• Participating in performance review meeting and supporting Operational Manager to fill data accordingly;
• Filling and maintaining data into Performance management system.
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources Management and Development (or Business Administration with major subject – HR);
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in Training and Development or in a role of HR Generalist;
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian;
• Experience in data collection and analysis;
• Good business communication skills;
• Time management and planning skills;
• Result and KPI oriented personality.
