As a Consultant in our Financial Services practice within Advisory Line of Services, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the shape of our future business, working with our top-tier clients.

Our growing Financial Services Advisory team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help major financial institutions in Azerbaijan to respond to their most complex business challenges. We help our clients to translate business strategy into effective operations to drive both growth and profitability of the companies and realize their competitive advantage.

About the role

You will be responsible for the execution and delivery of various responsibilities that may include: 

• Business strategies
• Segment management including client portfolio management
• Product management including new products development and product sales support
• Pricing management
• Sales and service channels management
• Operating models, processes and standards regarding banking area (organizational structures, value chains, processes, customer service, operations, sales etc.)
• Process improvement projects realization such as Business Process Management implementation
• Management of banking operations incl. managing of processes
• Implementation of IT solutions for process management or banking operations
• Knowledge and practical use of change management, and project management methodologies

Essential Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, mentioned above, in the Banking sector or other Financial Services Industry (Insurance, Asset management etc.) or in Consulting institution with specialization in Banking
• University Degree
• Professional certifications (CIMA, PMI, Lean Six Sigma etc.) would be a plus
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani, Russian is an advantage

• Preparing concise, accurate documents, including utilizing PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• Demonstrates proven abilities and as a strong team player by:
 Having excellent relationship building skills
 Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues
 Answering questions and providing direction to less experienced staff
 Providing timely and meaningful feedback
