A company operating in Oil & Gas sector in Azerbaijan is looking for Administrative Services Planner:
Requirement:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or administrative supervisory job in the international environment
• A good understanding of business ethics and work flow in international companies
• University diploma (international education is preferred)
• Upper Intermediate or higher level of English
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs. Specially Excel
• Shall demonstrate ability of working under time pressure
Job Responsibilities:
• Administers all office purchase orders, including order placement, delivery control and “good receipts” follow up
• Administers employee timesheets and month end-documents
• Prepares required client reports as requested by management
• Ticket ordering and travel arrangements
• Other admin tasks as required
